ASG Africa's communication hub
Keep everyone
in the loop.
Hear what they think.
Announcements, messaging, NPS surveys and ideas in one place, for IT teams, service providers and the customers they look after. Sign in with your work email and you're in your organisation straight away.
Everything you need to talk to your people
One place for what used to be a newsletter tool, a chat app, a survey tool and a suggestion box.
Announcements that land
Post to every customer or just one client, team or site. Urgent posts jump the queue, and Got it confirmations show exactly who has read them.
Messaging and channels
Direct messages, private groups and open channels, with replies, reactions, files and live updates on any phone.
NPS and surveys
NPS, satisfaction and polls in one tap: in the app, in email with one-click scores, on Telegram or by public link. See the trend week by week.
Ideas and a roadmap
People suggest and vote; you move ideas from review to planned to done, and everyone sees the progress.
On any website
One script tag puts the Pulse bell on your intranet, Lens, SchoolSign or your own app, with unread badges and signed sign-in.
Email and Telegram
Send a post to inboxes and Telegram at the same moment, track what was delivered, and remind the people who haven't read it.
